Oh, how I love the warm weather. Those of you who live in a warm climate year round (ehem… ADELA!!) can’t fully appreciate what it’s like when the constant warm weather rolls around here in New England. I have some friends that set aside a whole day (or two) to ‘change over’ their closet from summer to winter clothes! Nope, not me… I don’t care if it’s July or October, my sweaters and jackets stay put. You never know what this NE weather is going to bring. ANYWAY… here we are, on the cusp of summer, and I, for one, am ecstatic!

We are also in the midst of competition season. I have already judged the NPC Jay Cutler, The Rhode Island Championships, and been to NY for the IFBB Men’s Pro. I have a bunch of girls prepping for east coast shows, and even more just prepping for summer. I am super busy and all is good here!
